Welcome to DiffWind! This application helps you understand how wind affects the movement of objects. You don’t need any technical knowledge to use it. Follow these steps to successfully download and run DiffWind.
Before downloading, check if your computer meets these requirements:

Visit the Releases Page Go to our download page by clicking this link: Download DiffWind.
Choose the Right Version On the releases page, find the latest version of DiffWind. Usually, the newest version is at the top. Look for the tag that says “Latest Release.”
DiffWind_Windows.zipDiffWind_macOS.zipExtract the Files After downloading, locate the zip file in your Downloads folder. Right-click the file and select “Extract All” to get the application files.
Run DiffWind
Navigate to the folder where you extracted the files. Double-click the DiffWind.exe (Windows) or DiffWind.app (macOS) icon to start the application.
Start a New Simulation Open DiffWind and select “New Simulation” from the main menu.
Set Your Parameters Input values like wind speed and object weight. The application will adjust the simulation based on your input.
Run the Simulation Click the “Run” button to see how wind influences the object dynamics.
Visualize Results You can view graphs and animations of how the object moves under various wind conditions. Use these visuals for better understanding.
Save Your Work Save your simulations for future reference. Click “File” and then “Save” to keep your progress.
